β β β β β So i booked my vehicle and got only and only false information and commitments from the staff. It was worth experience of purchasing an vehicle from here. They don't value customer and commitments. Better go for Baner shop of Suzuki.

β β β β β Rajesh (staff) is very rude. Doesn't know how to treat customers and talk to them. He behaves as if he owns the showroom. They gurantee you to provide vehicle within 15-20 days while booking but then extend it to 50-60 days. Pathetic customer service. Avoid this showroom if you can.

β β β β β I booked Access 125 more than 30 days ago and still no word on delivery. Just empty promises. Finally today canceled my booking. The worst thing is they stopped picking up your phone to evade you. Salesperson name βVishnu.β I would recommend to go for any other Suzuki showroom but not Autonity.

β β β β β We bought the Suzuki Access 125 from here last year and sales experience was good.
Got our last free service done here today and it was bad experience. They have not even washed the scooter properly. I had the same experience last time as well.
Their standard answer is βsir please wait we will do itβ or βwe will resolve the issue next timeβ. Better to find the friendly local mechanic and get the wash from local shop, no point in expecting premium experience from showroom.
Guys donβt loose customer for petty issues. Not going for service anymore here.

β β β β β Good experience overall with Autonity Service Centre. Swift with taking compliant and timing resolved the issue with least waiting time and also clear explanation of all the issues and best solutions to it. If you stay around Wakad must recommend shop to service and also can try hand in getting a new one in their big showroom.
Also for service and other issues they try their best to resolve as best as they can .
Also majority of the Spare Parts are always available with them so less waiting time for Spares.

My bike issues were resolved so happy about that.
Staff is good and well mannered.
Seating area available from where you can easily see your bike getting serviced.
Con :
I felt the charges were too high for each spare part and even the service charge is also very high when they give the final bill.
Giving 3 stars just because price I felt was too high.
