★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though society has good area but not pretty well maintained. Serious issues of electricity, lifts and security. Society market is good in terms of availability of items.
Builder is bankrupted and all the registry, constructions and new possessions are on hold.

The rules of this society is very terrible and in the name of security it seems as it is ruled by a dictator.
Everyday at least 2-3 people haves issue in maintenance office and haves serious arguments about restrictions.
Once in a week you'll definitely face water shortage problem as all the pipelines of this society are leaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avj heights near about Zeta sector. This place market is good for grocery item, FMCG products. Ajv heights market is mixed market. Like- vegetable, food, fruit, snacks, paint shop, parlour, dog ? product shop, school dress ? shop's... All type of shop's are there.... But there bikes, ? are not parking in a proper manner....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A livable kinda apartment with the proper market, park and parking system. You can also have park view balcony and other services.. the maintenance on the topmost floors is slightly bad. Overall good. Should prefer to take the flat on rent instead of buying it.

Has a small market place for all your needs.
Plus this place offers residence to students.
But maintenance needs to be improved.
