They will give wrong promise then cheat you. The main entrance is not approved by HNTDA. NO drainage system in the first phase. No water. They will charge you after purchasing. Don't waste your money. When the entrance is not maintained properly what is the use of purchasing phase II&III.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please think several hundred times before buying land here. Water is the biggest problem. They will make many promises before buying the land, everything is a scam. The anarchy of the staff here is so cruel that the law is what they put in place. The landlord will not find anything after the sale. You can stay in a rental house cottage in Kuppam more comfortably than investing here.
