Location could be a key decision factor at this point but the area will develop soon as Prestige is coming up with their Smart City Plan. Vinay, the relationship manager is a great person and is available to answer any query at any time. People should checkout their other projects too.

They also offer no pre-emi till possession and rental income options also. No matter how far you stay from the property, they arrange very clean cabs for pickup/drop.

The legal verification was also smooth and proper. This is really a good project with larger space to live which anyone likes and at the same time it is budget friendly too. The area is still developing and the ongoing Prestige Smart city project is helping to boom the development of this area. Highly recommended....
