★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know about others, but I had very good experience Management was very helpful and accommodating. Mine is not for investment but building my own house. They are transparent with good documentation Their CRM kishore was very helpful. As of now one cannot reside in this place but in 2 years it will be very good Roads are being built of good quality and big. Though it's interior but many projects are already there,villa projects and flats. Very serene place to be in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went to Asset Builders Arcadia project, I felt it was little inside. The sales people helped me understand the future of the development. Having seen 7 properties, I had to finalise. Draw back with this property is the distance from the main road. But I shortlisted Arcadia as my advocate did not find any issues with the paper. I got loan too from the bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited the site multiple times and liked a couple of sites. We were about to book one of the site. The site manager had promised us to block 1 week time to make the deal. When we were about to make the deal and visit the site, the manager called us there and told us that the site had been sold. When we asked him why didn't you tell us before, we could have avoided the long travel there, he offered some resale deal at a lower price. Initially it got us interested but later we found out that it was just a lie to cover up for their unprofessional behaviour. I am never coming back to this builder and recommend others to stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew that this builder can be trusted from an earlier experience and hence had this project on top of my list when I started thinking of investing on a villa property. Based on the detail made available online by GoK and based on dive deep done by my lawyer, the property turned out legally alright. I purchased a plot; price wise it's competitive, and the staff was very helpful. The project has sufficient free space, and is connected to multiple highways. Once the roads from these highways are widened and area become a bit more urbanized, I am hoping that the plot will have a good appreciation.
