Immediately after entering Dinning area. (if some guests come while Lunch or dinner, either we need to ask them to wait outside or they have to pass Dinning Area and sit in Living area which will be most uncomfortable thing.)
Every flat is having more Foyer Area which is wastage, added into Flat cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aurigaa is definitely a nice project. 2 big lifts and staircase for 5 flats per floor is very good compared to other projects which are like coridoors. 5 stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part about Aurigaa is it does not have any 1BHK flats meaning only families will be living. Love the surroundings especially the greenery and silentness. Can't wait to move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money. Price which I have paid for Vivansaa Aurigaa is far less compared to surrounding projects like Godrej 24, Saiven Siesta etc... Trust me guys, I have seen almost all the project near Dommasandra & Sarajpur Road and I found it really expensive and for the projects which are less in price the Construction Quality was compromised.

This Vivansaa project is big fraud and big scam ,Brother Builders are absconding and not reachable Please take care before investing and buying any plots ,villa etc..We r still suffering from them .
