★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this people. They have staffs who will just not care about a customers. My experience with the sales guy is awful. He just told me in professional language he doesn't time. Everything is sold out. Guess he was in a hurry to go home. It's putting your hard earned money in extreme risk with this builders.

- Nice and spacious apartments.
- Well planned building
- Reasonable rate
- Having amenities like children play area, power backup, solar water connection in bathrooms, lift, separate parking space for each flat owner.
- Gym, swimming pool and badminton court are yet to be build.
- Gave possession on time.
Cons:
- Too far from sarjapur road.
- around 1KM inside from main road
- as the place is new, no nearby shops available where one can walk and buy something.
- Used alternate options of building materials to save construction cost.
- Parking is in the ground floor which not many likes as it not look good.
