★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place.. Spaciously built 2 n 3 bhk apartments and villa plots.. Though the price is budgeted, the quality is equal to big guys like shobha, Salarpuria etc.. Peaceful location.. Very near to sarjapura main road.. Those who complain abt bad road, the road was worst and these S2 homes guys laid the road.. And obviously with lot of constrictions happening, the road will get spoiled.. Don't expect the builders to pay tarmac on public roads..

Teachers are very friendly and the curriculum is focused on holistic development of the child, My daughter is always excited to go to her school, it's a second home for her, she has improved a lot in her communication skills and gained lots of confidence. The best part is that they have many extra curricular activities like sports, story yoga, show n tell, kickers club,annual day, sports meet and many more.. My big hats of to the entire team..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience : Got this apartment after much delay > 3 years. Now we have been living here for the past one year, the experience is nothing short of horror movie. There is no working borewell, as ground water is dried up. Thought the year need to depend on the water tankers. Still residents association is not formed as required documents to form society are not ready. Building maintenance is still managed by the builder, who charges exorbitant maintenance charge but provides no facility. The DG set in many cases will not have diesel, hence when there is no power supply, use stair case and stay in dark. Sometimes sump pump does not work for days together and have to go through horrifying experience of living without water to flush toilet, bath etc which require water. Still waiting for common facilities such as club house, Gym, Swimming Pool etc.
Only good thing is quality of building construction is OK and location is serene and peaceful.
Have spent entire life's savings in buying this apartment, I feel helpless and trapped in this deal.
I even don't recommend this for people who are looking for rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there to explore options, while buying house. Had nasty experience with local guys. Looks like law and order is a problem since it's too out from city. Apartment looks perfect in terms of quality, but I felt look and richness is missing. Other good think or bad in some case is apartment is available fully furnished :)
