★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor available Sunlight in all the flats because of N_S Orientation. Poorly managed RWA with Zero transparency in financial planning and auditing. Contract for maintainence out of monthly subscription, is never shown to residents. Club is non functional.

Some Arrogant Old retired army men who think they are achieved Bharat rattan by serving in army and think this society they got from their in-laws as an gift and want to treat tenants as they have treated their jawans in army but tenants are not jawan and they will gve proper reply to them when needed.
Rules are meant for only and only tenants not for the owners because they are old and retired.
Society does not have proper management in terms of AOA /RWA and the members within them are fighting and abuses each other just for the sake of power and one member in AOA is hunger for power like BJP or Congress for centre because he want to be always in point of attraction.
Management has reduced society safety by reducing the number of guards and switching off lobby lights because AOA is out of money and they want to collect money in terms of fines by making Rules only for tenants and if opposed they will call the owner stating that you tenants is misbehaving by not compiling to law made by AOA.
Some owners has written a review about the CCTV again its fake and no proper infra in now days as society is living in dark ages. As these old retired Army men is thinking that they are living in 1975.
End of day if someone want to come here please review by visiting and ask genuine review from tenants as you can not become owner becouse it can be owned only by Forces mens.
If someone within society wants to use community centre they will charges INR 5000 and INR 1000 for electricity.
No GYM No Swimming pool and No Play area for adults.
