★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good society good return in future.Position is delay builder should be try to position on priority basis .Very good location for peace lover no crowds.Main issue in this project is that builder had separated both project Manta 1 and Mantra 2 via boundary wall which not advice earlier hence the park area became goes much much smaller.Due to this divide Mantra 1 people have very less amenities.Builder need to rectify it else its goes create a major problem in future
