★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possession delayed since 2017. Builder on verge of bankruptcy and doesn't have money to complete the project. Run from here or you will be another victim of fraud. Don't believe anything builder says. Most of good reviews are purchased ones. Don't invest in any of their toxic property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost 4 years. POSSESSION was not given by builder. People are waiting from 8 years to get POSSESSION. Nothing is available near by. Undeveloped area and no such amenities available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this project has been under construction forever! Recently from the builder's office we suddenly received an email, that the OC has been received for the project and a few days later another email asking us to come to the office to collect the keys.
There were many many missing links in the whole chain of communication from the builder and that is when we decided to pay a site visit. This is what we saw-- there is work equipment, construction material, rubble, loose wires and labourers on the job all around.. this is not where it ended. We went to see the status of the flat too. There are no electrical fittings and even worse, even the WC, basins, kitchen sink and granite, taps ETC nothing has been installed!! there is no water connection, cooking gas connection either. Now lets talk about the fraction of fittings given- i.e the windows and doors. Both are about 5% smaller than the concrete frame in which it is fitted leading to gaps all around the window and I can literally see that the complete window frame is suspended just by a few screws.. basically its all Bhagwaan Bharosae!... is this how a flat is to be delivered and that too when we have paid for all the missing fixtures???
This is plain fraud because even the builder knows half the customers will trust him, take the keys and possession of the flat without doing a site visit..
I fail to understand how the OC was even given to a flat in this condition, or whether it has been given at all since despite multiple requests, till date, the builder has refused to send us a copy of the OC for our records.
Secondly. look at the gall of the builder, trying to palm of flats in this un-inhabitable condition. Absolute shame shame
I have attached photos of a flat which as per the builder, is 'ready for possession'.. i dont know whether to laugh or to cry
