Hello Everyone, Please be aware of these frauders. I am a buyer of 2.5 BHK in ATS Happy Trails. My some demand get delayed due to pandemic and at that time they commited me false commitments that please pay only actual demands, will discuss the interest part at the time of possession. But now they are asking to pay the huge amount of interest now. They committed to deliver tower 12 in June 2022, but now say possession of some towes will be at the year end of 2022. If you can delay possession and not pay any charge for that then why should we pay the interest for delayed demand. So please clear everything before you are going to buy any property in @HomeKraft group.

Construction in full swing and hopefully it will be delivered before this Diwali. Nearby area will be developed in future with properly planned sector by greater noida.

The project is located in sector 10 Noida Extension west and is a corner plot with upcoming knowledge park on the opposite side of the road. Location wise it's almost 4-5 km from 1 murti chauk but the drive is serene and hardly takes 5 minutes to reach as no crowding and traffic jams. The construction at the site is at good pace and quality seems satisfactory. It is constructed with Mivan shuttering and not on traditional brick and pillar work. There are 3 sizes of flats 2 plus study (1165 sq feet), 3 plus study (1385 square feet)and bigger 3 plus study (1625 sq feet). This is also the flagship launch of ATS under Homecraft banner and as such ATS should not leave any stones unturned in properly developing this project. Once developed this could be one of the prime projects of the locality.

I would not suggest anyone to invest in ATS. Last 3 years they have barely completed any project. All the projects are getting delayed including the ones whose possession date was pre covid time like ATS Le Grandiose. Since past 6 months, after a lot of protest barely 60-80 labour is deployed at site, whereas projects by other developers started after ATS are getting completed. If you are looking for safe investment with peace of mind, look elsewhere.

Pros: 1. Outside: Wide Open Park, you won't find anywhere else in Noida Extension. This is a MUST!! thing to check if buying a home for self living. 2. Beautiful landscape & towers designs. ATS always take special care of it. Podium based. Two sided open plot. 3. Privacy: Tower facing each other are really far away and adjacent Towers Balconies are not visible to each other, So privancy is ensured. 4. Inside Tower: Double door hieight entry. Nice flooring. Wide lobby with only 2 flats per floor with 2 lifts. This will give you higher access to Lifts and reduces waiting time to minimum. 5. Inside Flat: Flat layout is verygood. Foyer entry, L shape hall, good side rooms, toilets and balcony. Inside privacy is insured as Cant see bedrooms details directly while standing in hall. 6. Quality: Not to mention construction quality of ATS (based on latest Mi1 shuttering technology). Good quality doors, bathroom & kitchen fittings. 7. Location & Connectivity: Low dense area. Away from concrete jungle of Noida Extension. Connectivity via 130m wide road and proposed metro with in 200m . Adjacent to KP5. Cons: 1. Only one main gate for entrance & exit. Failed to take advantage to 2 side open plot. Rest gates are smaller size and not for vehicle entry exit purpose. 2. Area is not yet developed fully & Metro is not ready yet. But after 5 years it might beat other areas with metro available but no chaos at same time. Little away (5km) from ek murti chowk. Though i consider it as positive point as well as it away from dense area. 3. Could have done better by providing- UPSV sliding door is without sliding mosquito net,.it been provided in many cheaper societies. Other are display alarm system 4. CRM Team: Customer Relationship Team is completely Inefficient, Irresponsible, does Mistakes after Mistakes and blame customers. They never responds to customer queries and complaintsm. Most common problem is- They will delay documentation form their side and will charge you with delay penalties. So you have to fight hard from being robbed. NOT EXPECTED FROM BRAND LIKE ATS!! If we ignore bad CRM team, itsOverall best project of Noida Extension for self living.

Hospital are within 1 Km range. 28 shops are there in ATS happy trails market itself.Proposed Metro is within 100-150 metre walking from society gate. Colleges are in knowledge park 5. Malls and offices are within 5 Km range. Excellent construction quality. Peaceful and greenery environment.
