★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A superb place to reside in esp for aged and kids. Magnificiently managed with all amenities, humanity and with high ethics and code of code of conduct. Relatively a Hi Fi Society with lot of patriotism.

Be it cleanliness, be it elevation, be it colour combination of the building, be it security. Everything is meticulously orchestrated. Peace tranquility at it's best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's super spacious, clean, green and has a very safe environment. There are huge parks for kids to play and for the grownups to walk, run , cycle and Indulge in various sports. Great club and shopping centre. Love it

Pros:
1. The society is well maintained, spacious flats, calm and Green environment.
2. Society has its own shopping complex having shops for Groceries, Laundry, Salon and Parlour.
3. Having swimming pool, Gym, Beautiful park, basketball court, lawn tennis court and badminton court. ( These facilities are available only after getting Society’s paid membership )
4. Every flat has car parking as well as two wheeler parking.
Cons:
1. While moving first time as a tenet you have to pay below society charges otherwise management won’t allow you to enter:
Security Deposit 5000/- (Refundable only if you have the receipt)
Society Deposit 2000/- (Non-Refundable)
Lift Charges 500/- (Non-Refundable)
So while moving to the society you have to pay 7500/- in cash or cheque in society office.
2. While moving out of the society if you don’t have the Lift Charge receipt in that case they will ask you again 500/- or guards won’t allow you to leave.
3. If you don’t have the rent agreement then also they won’t allow you to shift from your flat.
