★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst private bank. I had better experiences with govt. banks than Axis bank. having Deepika Paudkone as brand ambassador doesnt make it world class. Services and the employees attitude- PATHETIC. No one gives a heed to the customer. Please avoid untill its the only option. Other private banks treat you like royals but Axis bank (baner branch) ppl take you to the last level of granted.

Please don't open account on axis bank baner...

Please shut down this branch its of no use.
Staff is impolite & Arrogant No service We can not compare it with Any bank .
I am planning to close my account instead of wasting my time with them.
Not worth to give 1 star also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst support and services any bank can provide. This is despite being a priority customer so I wonder what will be happening to ordinary customers. I am suffering from last 3 months due to repeated errors, lies and blunders from the bank staff. Repeated visits to the branch; emails and several calls have failed to improve the service. Even after involving the branch manager the situation remains pathetic. I have suffered financial losses as well as severe mental anguish due to the callous attitude and worst service from the bank staff.
