★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff. You’re a private bank, even psu banks are getting better now, where are you heading to? Specially the man siting at entrance. I asked him about the communication address change and he told me it’s not possible along with the advice that if that’s not okay with me I can apply for closure of account. Only possible thing he didn’t know is I’m holding almost 20 accounts in ICICI of which 4 are current account. And I’m transferring all of them to other bank. Congratulations ICICI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for enquiring pre closure of home loan, inspite of asking if there is an online mode of payment was not told about NEFT option.. ended up wasting 3 months to close the formalities. same loan office gave the NEFT details later .... lot of hassle and lost of valuable time... i recommend for home loan visit the Bhandarkar loan branch and talk to Uma Gaud...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff not at all helping out even it’s our account and in pandemic we can’t go to bank. Not even any support person is helpful in this situation to me.They don’t have any exception to access dormant account from USA . Bad service to NIR customers. I called 100 times to get help but even it’s your money you can’t access it. No point to put money in this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank branch is fraud. Their advisor Ms Shahira Shaikh calls people for completing her sales target saying she's from the Baner branch. I had personally told her that the address they had was my permanent address and not postal address and had sent them my postal address through an email to a so called Mr Tushar Mahamuni presumably working at the same place. The address wasn't amended, the agreed credit card went to the wrong address after multiple assurances by Ms Shahira Shaikh that the address had been corrected. Irony is I received a call from icici bank telling me how I can use the credit card (which I haven't received). Im on the verge of contacting the Reserve Bank of India to tell them that this is fraud.
I've now received a call from Bluedart courier company asking if I can visit my company address which is 25kms away to collect a crummy credit card. Brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong timing mentioned plus staff be very rude and not at all helpful. While creating a new account just to fulfil their target they will promise that every thing will be handled by them, but once the account is created they will not respond nicely to any help. Additionally they will drag you till the working hours are over without resolving your issue. Pathetic experience! Rude staff! dont waste your valuable time you will not get help after their target is complete of creating a new account. When asked for help the employee will give a sly smile and act smart and rude. Donot go to the branch if you really love your self-respect they will treat you as if you as if you are some illiterate or dump person. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for passbook printing and for that there was one lady responsible for passbook printing called Dipali she was not even Corporating. This bank is not government this is private bank but acts like a government one. Sorry to say but you guys should be corporating. Worst experience ever.
