★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI has revolved a lot, process is good. Need to visit RACPC hardly once or twice. After that process is smoth. Mail communication is enough. Overall i think best choice for home loans out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible bank in India... They take 10 days for eachedisbursement. No one cares to receive you phone, they do not reply email.... Even time make you visit and follow up. It's a big big pain working with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give -1 star, Worst banking experience. SBI means 'No customer satisfaction'. Nobody picks up the call. No proper response and useless answers for any of the query. Staff is rude and careless.
Even no manners to receive the call, Nothing doing even though you raise the ticket or online or written application.
For a minor issue they ask to visit branch and doing nothing even though you reachinng branch.
What their managers doing.. God knows why they don't look into such issues.
I suggest go for any other bank for home loan, they provide doorstep service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees have no knowledge of any process. There will be no communication from their end, the employees will not reply to email or phones. You will have to personally visit the bank to get any updates at all.
My education loan application was delayed by 4 months and ultimately I had to apply to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI bank service is really a worst service I have experience in my life first time ,applied for home loan in feb 2020 still not clear till todays date just giving assurity that will in 2 day/week gets clear every time there is no proper response from Bank team.
Not happy with SBI bank .....
I don't know whom to report my concern already reported to branch manager but only false commitment are provided..
