Shameless and pathetic manner of speaking right from the cashier to the manager.
I deposited money into my clients account held with Bank of Baroda. The only proof of payment I have is a butterpaper print out from the machine which will get erased in the next 2 days. So if my client comes back I have no proof. Apart from the argument of making a persons job redundant through installation of a machine twice as expensive, the manager (who can't even speak a word of English in 2016) tells me, "Hum stamp nahi denge jaao, kya karna hai kar lo"
Whatever happened to customer service and the fact that this is the money that pays their salary???
This is the second time this has happened in 2 months. Ridiculous!!

β β β β β Last 2 months trying for M-Pin, write so many mail still no reply. Very pathetic service received. Old staff was very much better than current one. Service for customer is not acceptable at all. I have all products of this branch ie. SB/C-A/F.D/R.D/Health Insurance

β β β β β Not at all a good bank. All the online contact numbers are given wrong , even on the passbook the branch contact number is wrong . The customer care number they do not co ordinate and only provides one solution i.e. Visit your home branch . Even the zonal office number is wrong. Literally a pathetic service . In the world of online banking if for every single thing you have to visit the home branch what is the use. Please don't ever choose this bank .

β β β β β This bank is just a fraud .. the service is third class they don't care about customer bank manager is full arrogant.. I deposited my money in deposatery machine and server got down now 1 month is completed my money is not refunded..
This bank just a fraudster

β β β β β Had a very bad experience with this branch especially. Branch manager should ensure that their team at the branch are trained properly. Firstly before the cheque was deposited the assistant manager replied that you can withdraw 50k daily. After the cheque went through they changed their rules and replied it cannot be withdrawn and the limit is only 25k. Even the same getz applied to my credit card (Ranu) credit card processing officer took my documents its been more than 16 to 17 days no reply neither to my calls nor messages.
Really a very bad pathetic experience, i will never suggest anyone to opt this bank as the banking partner. They will never stay on their words.

β β β β β Visited this branch today for new account enquiry. I was asked to see window no. 2. I asked her about required docs, she told me. After that I asked some queries regarding netbanking, debit card and savings account. She had no idea about it after some time she just started ignoring us and replying with "hmm" "hmm". I dont know how they cater to customers if they dont know anything about BOB accounts. I dont even know how can one gets recruited if they dont know about banking terms.

β β β β β My cash was not credited at the deposite machine in baner branch on 25th sept friday , i waited for 24hrs as next two days it was bank holiday i had to wait , i launched a complaint through letter to the responsible person in the bank on monday i.e 28 sept , i waited for more 2 days and went to branch on wed i.e 30th sept , there my letter of complaint was kept in a bunch of papers and they dont even gave a look to it for 3 days , its been 10 days now i havent got my money . The bank workers are very careless in their job and dont understand the problem of their customers .
