★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst branch ever. There was a bank fraud, where large amount of money was withdrawn from my card via ATM and its been 2 years, no help on it from this branch. The branch manager is rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic people to have a word 10 days before I called asking for a account transfer after asking 100 questions she agreed to transfer the account and said your request is under processed. Now after 11 days i am calling again to check for the transfer again like usless I have to go throw the whole process I get to hear account transfer cannot be done through phone. I really don’t understood why there is no coordination among the customer care executives how is that possible to give wrong information. Simple sorry is what you get to hear. Worst and miserable experience I request to close down the bank and stop answering calls that will help people more and please train the staff every time you get to hear thek hai it’s not ok, not at all ok my time is wasted behind such idiots......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get 5 minutes work in 2 hours please open account in this branch. There is absolutely no clarity on process and they take a lot of time in processes and talk very loudly with each other. No professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a all women branch, and I saw exactly that what I expected as soon as I entered, women had gathered together and were gossipping loudly. After we entered nobody bothered to ask or attend or even look at us. We had to literally increase our voice and ask hello we have come here for a new account enquiry. One of them at last saw us and told us the required documents unwillingly like I asked her for her kidney or something. I went out and decided this is not a bank for me. God knows how they get the work done is chit chatting is all they do there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic people with no manners nothing. We wanted to open new account but the staff members were so ignorant. Shame on the staff and the manager of the branch. It doesn't take more then 10mins to open saving account but we were waiting there for more then 2hours and then when the bank was about to close that time they accepted the form and did the further process. What kind of staff members and what kind of people are working.... I had no option of giving zero star⭐ or else I would have just rated with 0 out if 10. Worst experience ever!!!!!

1. well versed staff with the day to day banking process
2. Even if there are some queries which cannot be done from this branch, their branch manager is ready to extend the helping hand
3. Neat and clean place
4. polite and humble in nature staff
5. Branch manager Mrs. Pradnya Ghate is very cooperative and helping nature personality.
