★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with home loan department, Mr. Sharad and Mr. Ashish both are hopeless employees and they don’t have value of customers time. Within their office time they mostly roaming outside the branch and customers waiting at branch. Request to people please stay away from this branch if you required smooth experience in home loan process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Poor Service, useless Employees can't even open an Account in 8 days despite submitting all documents correctly.
To open an Account here will come with Headache for customer. Account opening person Swati is pathetic so are Operation Head. Branch Manager is just a statue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking about the infrastructure, it seems very nice. The COVID protocols are too maintained as the chairs are labelled to sir alternatively and only one person per cabin allowed. They sanitise our hands before approaching the help desk to solve the queries.
