Staff was super cool. I went with my 9 month baby and 6 year old daughter for Aadhar card updates/creation. They allow us to sit in waiting room as there was waiting period.
Try to take prior online appointment.
Go with all required documents and reach before 9am as there will be a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 5~6 time for Aadhar update, every time there is some problem .For every time you need to visit before 8:45 am to get token(20 token only). Then wait to open bank till 10 am.your turn comes & if you are lucky ,server will be working or time waste .Again you to follow same process next day.Because next day you wont have any priority irrespective of whole day wastage.Security guard is only superior authority of bank because he only decide whom to be served , token given or not , even he don't entertain bank employees request to carry forward your undone token next day. Given contact number will never be reachable.No work done even after wastage of 4 days.NO EXCUSE- ITS ADDITIONAL SERVICE. Its paid service, not charity.

Needed update for examinations, still not done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to the bank to update my Aadhar details. Experience was pretty good. Doesn't take more than 10 minutes if you don't have any queue. Please carry your original Aadhar card to avoid any delays. Avoid Saturday's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aadhar Updation at Hinjewadi: After being frustrated by Indian Post Office employees for making me to Stand in long queue and even after my Adhar not get updated. But at this Indusland Bank it taken even mare 15 minutes and my Adhar get udated. Really helpful employees at this bank.
