★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought private bank representative would behave so unprofessionally. If you are attending a customer and ask to fill a form and within 5 min you go for lunch without informing customer, then another representative ask me to wait for 45 mins just for submitting the form because either they are busy in their personal calls(giving excuses of no network) or they don't bother at all.
They told me that they will call me next working day for giving update about my query but no call no update. They will force you to close your account indirectly, otherwise you can go again and again to that branch for wasting your time. It's a pendemic time guys, don't force customers to visit you again and again, if you can assist them online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 1 month waiting for kyc completion, last time I visited hdfc bank for kyc updation I submitted documents for salary to saving account but they are saying you applied for salary account. My 2
months salary also pending due to their updation .1 month is more for kyc updation and account creation, pls avoid Hinjewadi branch of hdfc . Staff is not checking root cause of issue , they also not provides updates of what happening while calling them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst personal bankers are present here. I think all HDFC personal bankers are worst. When you need them, they don't receive your call. We approached this branch for address change of my and my wife's account, and they tortured us like anything. Their personal banker visited our flat and collected all necessary documents. We submitted Aadhar card xerox multiple times in bank and still address change did not happen. Axis Bank systems are much better than them, they connect to Aadhar systems and fetch details and your address get updated. On the other hand I submitted Aadhar online in HDFC but they rejected address change. We suffered very badly to get our address changed. And their signature verifiers deserve to work with CIA or CBI and not simple bank like HDFC. I think RBI has done very correct thing by taking action against them. If you want to open a new account avoid this bank. Their DMAT account is also worse, they eat half of your money as brokerage. I also submitted DMAT account nomination form with their personal banker and the nominee is still getting updated after six months. We are fed up of this bank.

Last 20 day I tried to contact with this branch but no one was responding my request
My card is blocked I want to unblock this card bcz my mailing address was wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from HDFC Bank branch ever.
Here bank representative never want to help but they very well knows how to humiliate the customer.
I went for address change (which I occasionally do without any problem, as I have job which needs relocations) but instead of helping me they simply rejected my request.
While other hand immediately I went to other HDFC Bank near-by and got it done ? hassle free (atleast they took my address change application)
