★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience!! SBI rocks! A friend told me about it and I went to open an account and you guys will not believe that I got my savings account, passbook, personalised ATM card and internet banking on spot in just 10 mins!!! I am so happy with the service!! SBI is changing now and very pleased to see that! The Debit card machine and account opening machines here are incredible !!! Just loved the experience..will recommend all to visit!!

The big fat machines which are supposed to fast-track the account opening procedures are always non functional and the staff is always unaware about when these machines will be active. One need to visit the beach atleast 6 to 7 times just to open a simple savings accounts. Really really pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the use of opening a branch if customers can not even deposit a cheque. It is now a normal thing that the machine does not work but what is unacceptable is that people sitting there deny to accept the deposit form saying cheque don't get cleared from this branch. Digitising everything does not mean that you stop helping customers manually if internet is down. There is no way to find out if the machines are working or not. So what are we supposed to do... Keep visiting the branch till we get lucky and machine start working just to deposit a cheque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star as Google doesn't allow to post ZERO. Only till the time of account opening or loan sanction they will be helpful and customer friendly. Later they wont pick your calls, will not respond to complaints. Disgusting service. Will not recommend to anyone.
