I had a good experience with the people who work here, the gentleman from counter number 4 was very helpful and respectful. My account was deactivated due to inactivity and had to do tons of changes to my account. But I received proper guidance from the staff and got everything done quickly! I was surprised as my past experiences with other sbi branches were not as good and quick as this one. No social distancing.

They make customer sit more then an hour. They will keep themselves busy with their own work.
No professionalism is maintained.
Bank opening time is 9:30 Am but all staffing comes by 10:30 Am
Maximum time taken by any bank to entertain customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall worst experience. Staff is totally non-cooperative, they are busy in their internal works and all other stuffs like stocks and all.... Keeping the people stacking up in the line. Mainly from Counter 2 and 3 and 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good for retail customers like us. SBI is only working for people who flee with their money. Another pathetic government organization. Slow processes, unfriendly staff. You need to have a lot of patience to get your any work done. Don't expect to complete any task in one visit. At least 3 visits, 1-2 hours each and 8-10 days to get your work done. Their lunch breaks, audits, leaves will also be there in between your planning. Be patient!
It's been more than 2 days, my account KYC details have not been updated yet. Going to visit branch again today.
