★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service dont go with lic at least for hinjewadi branch.Very poor responce.staff working like central government.Noboday attending the customer call.i m following for LOD documents for more than a month but very bad service.Branch manager also behavie like a goverment service & not resolve any query.Dont go huge intrest rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existing Customer.Very pathetic service by branch and housing finance.They increase Interest Rate immediately when RBI increase base rate but not decrease after RBI rate change to low. I am paying very high 9.5% Interest rate compare to market rate 8.35%.
I recommend to not get loan from this branch and any LIC housing finance branch over pan india.
Please Stay Away from LICHFL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want witness a pathetic service then you must take HL from LICHFL.
1.They increase Interest Rate immediately when RBI increase base rate
2. They wont decrease after RBI rate change to low.
I was paying very high 9.7% Interest rate compare to market rate 7.9%.
If you process for HL transfer then you will have to wait for atleast 2 months for whole process as they dont co-operate at all.
I recommend to not get loan from this branch and any LIC housing finance branch over pan india.
