★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deducting money every month (so called consolidation charges) even the minimum balance is maintained in the account. I am closing my account today. Unnecessary mobile bill for calling their "toll free" Customer care executive . Imagine a customer who got deducted his blood earned money and calls customer care for explanation and after 2 minutes of computer ivr then 4 minutes of long waiting in the phone executives says "please call again after 15 minutes our systems are down right now". I think thats enough of this bulls***.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banks ever. No security for money what so ever. Fraud transactions happened and still there is no update on it. It's been 16 days and still the branch manager is non responsive and giving all sorts of reasons. People, if you want security for your money then please remove your money from this bank and put them else where
