★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST WORST WORST...i applied for saving account opening..the guy came home and did all procedures..1month after i found my account was not activated.When i visited branch i found that the guy had been to native since 10 days.. all my forms and documents were missing..Avoid opening account in this bank.. IF THEY CANT KEEP UR DOCUMENTS WITH RIGHT CARE, HOW CAN THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE

Had gone to get my daughters Aadhar biometrics updated and was told to get an online appointment on the aadhar official website and then come.... Could not find any options to book appointment on the website... Called 1947 and came to know that there is no provision to get online appointments..... They should have given me the updation form and given me an appointment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axis bank has always been the least customer focused bank and this branch does the same. I went for an Aadhar update since its very close to my house, and noticed that they really dont want to do it but they are forced by government to do so. The lady staff at the helpdesk has the SBI attitude and will not give u any solution. Anyway after multiple visits to get Aadhar updated, I gave up and went to other center. I would really suggest to shift to ICICI if u have any account in axis.
