★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The authorized person who sits at the office lacks sympathy for the customers, the courier was to be picked from a distance of 500 my but they refused to send a person to pack the stuff, and were very unprofessional during communication.
They kept giving irrelevant examples of people coming with 10 more luggage and dropping it on their doorstep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello google viewers here at professional couriers its service in itself for all your couriers needs,on main road entrance ,dividers on road ,wallet parking,no multiple websites,n located on ground floor,with moderate rates in couriers business,y you can send n receive your parel n letters all over world,fully sanitized n mask compulsory,all stall vaccinated.

I sent a parcel to kolkata which is there in the kolkata branch for last 4 days. The staff's are not professional. They don't have any customer care number or any twitter account so you cannot complaint anywhere.
Don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review from personal experience. This is possibly the worst courier service on the planet! I had a shipment expected from Amazon, with the date of delivery being June 25, in Kerala. However, the delivery agent did not call me nor did I get any notification regarding the delivery till 5.30 pm on the expected date of fulfillment. On contacting their office in Ernakulam to enquire, I was given a mobile number in Mumbai. A very unprofessional agent picked up the call and told me that the shipment was still in Mumbai! She did not let me complete my complaint and started narrating a lengthy speech, telling me that the item would possibly leave Mumbai only that evening and that it would take three days to reach me - by sea! Raising her voice, she went on to tell me to live with it, did not let me speak and abruptly cut the call! On calling back, she did not even pick the phone! Such utter disrespect towards a customer! There are many negative reviews on here that highlight the sub-standard courier company that this is and I would strongly advise the management or whoever is responsible for running this charade to be transparent about their customer experience and kindly change their name to ‘Unprofessional Couriers!’ This would most certainly suit the reality of the quality of their customer experience! I request all sellers, vendors, individuals and corporations to kindly give this ‘company’ a wide berth and choose other more customer-friendly, fairly priced (rates that are worth it!) and prompt services for peace of mind! I have been reviewing companies on Google for a year now - this is possibly amongst the worst experiences that I have ever encountered! Take this as an advance precautionary warning, so that you don't have to regret wasting your previous time and money! Never again! Thank me later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff sitting there are extremely rude, non professional. Even if they have a branch which can deliver the goods to the particular adress they say we won't be able to deliver and the concerned person shall have to pick up from the centre. In my case the address where we asked to deliver was only 500mts from their office but they said they'd not give a home delivery. When asked why so, the person sitting there said, it's written on the parcel from Kharghar branch that the parcel should not be delivered at doorstep and ask them to collect. I don't understand why? I've paid the entire amount instead I think I overpaid..for a 300gm parcel I paid them 250rps.. from Kharghar to Pune.. if that amount was less they could have had told me..I would have paid more for 500mts doorstep delivery. I advice the concerned authorities to please take action against the staff sitting in your Kharghar branch and I request you to please explain why all this happened in the first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me in 1day By tomorrow my courier will get delieverd to Andheri from Kharghar I trusted them and sybmitted my project file. Now, when I had called them the next day they told me who told u one day it takes two days. Now my project submission has got delayed those people have refused to take my project submission this week and probably be checking my courier next week.Very poor experience also there charges are expensive if you guys charge a good amount you should stick to ur words.Horrible experience

Took 4 days to deliver a local courrier booked at naigaon for Kharghar.
When i call the office the person said
"Haan sir aake 2 din hua hai lekin staff nahi hai bhejne ke liye aaj shaam mein bhejta hu"
So we can understand that after calling or enquiring about you parcel you will get delivery.
If there is shortage of delivery persons they donth that much of time to atleast infrom that the parcel has arrived but due to shortage of staff we will be delivering it late.
So if its very urgent for someone he or she can go there and collect our own parcel.
