Although only a few SBI branches are efficient I would have to say that this branch is setting up a new record in terms of inefficiency. I asked for ppf statement and the officer said there was no transaction in last one year which was a lie. When I showed her the transactions on my phone she made some stupid excuse for her mistake. When I asked for when my PPF will be eligible for withdraw they had no answer they simply ignored me. Worst staff and no work ethics!

This branch of SBI is in Sector-8 in Kharghar. This is a spacious branch and there are always customers seen in the bank for one or other work. They have an ATM and passbook printing machine just outside the bank. The road outside the bank goes to Sector-8 and Sector-10.

It's the worst bank ever, I have always read negative reviews but now I have experienced those and definitely going to say they feel they are blessing us though their presence don't expect anything else, not even basic bank service . I have waited 2 weeks just to open a bank account.which still has not opened after 2 weeks going to retrieve my papers.

I have visited this bank for account opening but they are not even interested in opening the account. The vice manager or something who sits on counter no. 2 is handling everything. Rest all are working like as they are interns not employees. Even if there is 1 customer he/she has to wait for more than 20 minutes for basic bank activity. Just visit the bank for 30 minutes and you would get the pleasure to hear complaints of so many customers. I would have given 0 stars

Saturday : I wanted to open current account in SBI. So I visited the branch counter no. 2. The person on counter no. 2 has no idea of procedures to open current bank account but she is handling the customers. I had to wait for 1 hour after that she attended me and told me that she will have a chat with the person who is handling account opening. I asked for the number so she gave me the number. I too had a chat with the executive. She told me she will come to the branch on Monday. I was told to submit documents on counter no. 2 immediately. So I have submitted the document and I was told to come on Monday. Monday: I called the executive 10 am morning. The executive told me that she is Ill and can't visit the branch. She told me to visit the branch and she will open my account online. I visited the branch and the counter no. 2 madam forgot everything about me and my documents I had submitted on Saturday. I had to explain the madam again and I she called the executive but the phone was switched off. I also tried many times but the phone was off. Counter no. 2 madam told me that she can't do anything, come next morning. Tuesday: I called the executive in the morning. She told me she is visiting branch after 12:30 pm. So she told me that she will call me after 1 pm. I was waiting till 1:30 after that I called her and she said that she is busy in sector 21, and she will reach in 30 minutes. I waited till 3:30 and then I reached the branch and called the executive she didnt receive my call and so I took my documents and went back home.

I’m very delight with the car loan service of SBI, Sec 4, Kharghar branch. The timely delivery of my dream car is only possible because of extended support of Br. Manager Ms. Sonal Satelkar and car loan executive Mr. Sameer Ali. I’m really impressed with their proactive approach. They have disbursed my car loan within the span of 2.5 hours. This must reflects the SBI is now more quicker, more efficient, more focus on customer excellence and customer delight. Once again thank you so much team SBI, Sec 4, Kharghar for excellent service. Keep it up. ??

very bad; such an inefficient branch, never respond to calls and emails only next day, account is stuck because of bank problem still bank is not responding even on 2nd day of complaint and submitting all relevant docs of KYC, private bank would have done it in 10 min. I think efficient branch managers are imperative
