★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had unexplained increase in cholesterol / sugar levels and a doctor had even suggested going on statins for the rest of my life. I normally avoid any kind of medicines on a long term basis and was willing to try out Ayurveda for the first time. Thats when I went to Dr. Shashank. He was patient and listened to everything I had to say (unlike most Doctors I've met). He prescribed certain medicines for a month. I took my medicines diligently and coupled it with some restrain on food (which too was suggested in great detail by Dr. Shashank) and daily exercise. One month later, my reports were better than that of a healthy person. I am thankful to Dr. Shashank and I plan on consulting him for other things as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taking allopathic treatment since long for my health issue ,then my sister find out some alternative for permanent cure.We met with doctor at Ayur Hridayam ,Doctor gave some medicines and told to avoid a few things. I am happy that I found complete cure with just medicines and a few changes in lifestyle which can be followed without any difficulties. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayur Hridyam, I am really thankful to the staff, Anita Ma’am & Shashank Sir for the great hospitality and take care during the entire period of the Kshar-Shutra treatment, even now a days after a 4-5 month of treatment receiving call from sir and ma’am, such friendly bond with patients rarely I have seen. One more benefits of the treatment with Ayur Hridyam is that reimbursement of Claim Amount from TPA. Before Ayur Hridyam visited famous ayurvedic clinic in delhi but not fully satisfied and seems like they are more money friendly and less patient friendly. Although the Ayur Hridyam is not too close to my residence but decided to go for treatment after 1st meeting with sir & ma’am. If you decide to go for Ayurvedic Treatment suggest to visit here before taking final call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having piles in pregnancy. You suffer a lot when you develop piles in pregnancy because there are very limited options of medications. U can't even take painkillers to subside pain. Thats why I opted ayurveda because I dint want any side effect of medicines. Dr Anita gave only one medicine to eat other all medication was just for local application and the results were wonderful. Thank you Dr Anita for helping me.

Doctor Shashank is unlike typical ayurvedic doctors and gives lifestyle suggestions and medication which can be comfortably followed. Loved my experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayur Hridayam is the best place for Ayurvedic treatment, My son was suffering from Pilonidal sinus , When we visited Doctors for Allopathic treatment they suggested surgery for his sinus. We were not in favour of surgery.
After that we visited Ayur Hridayam and met Dr Anita and Dr Shashank , they suggested Kshar Sutra for this . Because of Kshar Sutra now my son is absolutely fine and his sinus is also permanently cured. Dr Anita and Dr Shashank both are very cooperative polite and down to earth.
We are really thankful from the bottom of our heart for saving my child from painful surgery ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful time yesterday on Valentine's day at Ayur Hridayam. Sumesh was wonderful in his massage service. My wife said about the female masseur, Krishna, that she could tell my wife about few places where she had swelling and those places exactly the spots where my wife was feeling pain for some time. After the service, the staff treated us with green tea and Valentine cake:) We really appreciate the gesture. We intent to go back to the center, consult Dr. Shashank and take specific treatments to cure our medical problems.
