★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I had booked for blood test of my 15 year old son. But when the report was shared the age was mentioned as 51 years and hence all the reference values were also wrong. Called up their customer care multiple times but except commitments never got any resolution. Hence have doubt on the authenticity of the report too. They are least customer sensitive and are just interested till they get order and their money. Getting a test done from them means wastage of money, time and hassle of pain while giving blood sample.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fraud company. Never tell correct detail to the pacient. I have given my sample on 31st Jan and the guy who came for sample collection told me report will come till evening. I waited till evening, not received any report. When I call back to customer care, they told me you will get reports in 48 to 72 hours. In today's time there is no test which take 72 hours for report. Now I fight with them they told me your orders status is showing cancelled here and we have escalated to our department to resolve your issue. Now 48 hours is passed but did not get the report till now. Just waiting to complete 72 hours.

From the person who came to collect the sample, to the doctor who explained everything to us and the dietician who explained basis the report what we should start and avoid eating... all of them were very nice and patient in explaining everything and answering all our questions. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to get a health test done ?

Overall a great experience.. i highly recommended ?
