★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance service is pathetic here. Water flow in higher floors are either too slow or zero. Maintenance team doesn’t resolve issue. Even if issue you open on MyGate, but they put it on hold to keep metrics in good shape, but never resolve the issue. After paying so high maintaining in this apartment, you get life to live with all the basic issues in your life. All the best if you are planning to live here it already living here!
