The owner is greedy he will not return the money as he say in starting actually he is not the owner also he has taken flat on lease and then rent it so if any thing happen to flat or any other problem occurs he will not take any responsibility so will suggest not go there....

Close to IT corridor and outer ring road. Little interior which make it a silent place avoiding main road traffic noise.
Neighborhood is also residential.
