You may also verify before investing and I know that the verification results would be positive :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked one flat, later I cancelled, as Land has litigation, we have gone to 2 different advocate, both given negative reply for project land. So please go through documents verification before to invest your hard earn money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat here. Builder gave possession before the promised date. All the amenities were ready much before possession. All flats have individual walls. We got 48% as UDS which is the highest I have seen so far. Quality is very good. It is a CC and OC project. I availed loan from SBI.

And even the construction quality is top notch. As this being my first buy i was double careful on legal documents, construction quality etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am searching for a good apartment from past 3 years and this is the project with no common walls and more undivided share land with good amenities, excellent ventilation with best quality of construction. I went for legal verification and every thing is fine I am sure that there is no land litigation for this project. Property also located at near to IT hubs and schools. I have completed my registration also. Someone in review section has made false allegations about the land which can be ignored completely.
