★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every flat stinks very badly. The water provided to the closets are not recycled properly and most of the time the water is jet black, at times see worms when flushed and stinks badly. Security is bad. They don't check incoming and outgoing guests. Badly designed, as there is zero Utility space. With all this, apartments are overly priced. People just get into this looking at the brand name. Poorly maintained.

Looking at the price it seems like you are paying very high premium only for the location not for the apartment as the carpet area is very less and the room sizes especially is quite small.
It is a very small society with okntype amenities.Being a very small society you will not be getting lots of open area and grass filled area.
Club house is good and mantained.
All in all I feel like it is highly overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly maintained society, the security here is very rude & irresponsible, they don't have any residential parcel delivery point in the society to take care of your package in case of your absence at the time. They even don't allow any house repair services on weekends which is just disgusting as weekends are the only time when you are at home and can get things fixed and repaired. The light fluctuates every now and then. The water provided to the closets stinks badly and contains small worms in it. Overall the price you are paying to live here is not worth considering the lack of basic amenities provided.

Close to multiple restaurants and malls.
A new super market is now opened just adjacent to this apartment complex.
Surrounded by some of the largest and major IT parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent community with good schools around. Good place to live/relax after work. Well secured and has great amenities. The club house is best in class, with well maintained Gym, Swimming Pool, Reading room, mini theatre etc.
