★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is newly built apartment society. Area is good. But still construction is going on here. This area got all the facilities nearby. It is very near to Outer Ring Road. It is around 3 kms from Eco world and Eco space. Roads to this place are in good condition.

Only short coming is bad road which is not built in more than 2 years , neither builders are serious not corporators,nor the local authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of apartment is the main advantage with close proximity to many IT tech parks in ORR. ORR is just under 2km from Apartment so we can walk to nearby tech parks to beat the traffic in worst case. Approach roads to this apartment isn't that good and it needs to be improved so that commute would be good in rainy season. Road/SWD work for this area is slowly getting attention and it's being carried out in phased manner post covid which is a good sign.
Many schools like Orchid, New Horizon, Geetanjali,Vibgyor,Gear etc are nearby this apartment which is another advantage. Shops, smaller clinics are there nearby in Panathur Or Boganahalli road. Lot of restaurants are in close proximity.
Apartment construction quality is just ok. It has facilities like big play area for kids, car parking, lift, swimming pool, TT, gym etc. Most of the houses here are 2BHK. Ample walking area with garden is one of the highlight of this apartment which makes this apartment very spacious and we get breathe of fresh air. You get to see lot of people strolling outside in park/walking area around evening time for the same.Maintenance of apartment is good with staffs working on daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society with G+4 floors, aprtment blocks are nicely separated , just 1km from outer ring road kadubisanhalli cross, reaching to apartment is somewhat zig zag narrow roads but you can reach their with cars properly, build quality also looks good with ok open spaces, amenities like gym, common hall, swimming pool, kids area, badminton etc available. Flat Prices are also reasonable.
