★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhuvi has well designed, airy apartments with excellent amenities in a great locality. Their sales team, especially Wasim has been very polite and patient while we looked at all the available options and took some time to finalize a perfect flat. The builder and his management team have been very cooperative in making the registration and handing over process very smooth. We are very excited and eagerly waiting to move into our apartment in May.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my close relative is in the building and had been to property for buying as well as compared with other property in the locality, Not recomended and wont Recommend to buy.
Pros:
Good Location
Cons :
Over Priced and Mantenance of the proerty will be higher in longer run given the structure and amenities.
Blocks share Common Wall.
Cavery water supply which builder promissed is a myth.
Maintenance cost higher then any nearby property.
Lot of Cracks across the building premise
No access to Terrace.
New commitee is formed by pepole who move in early.
Unwanted rules getting created by commitee members based on their convenenace.
Not much North indian owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property wise it's good to buy. The builder has improved a lot in the quality of service over time. Initially had heard wrong stuff about them. The main attraction and plus point of the project is location. Its a steal deal with the amenties/per flat and location. Very nice apartment and services provided by the builder.

Pros:
1. Location & Locality
2. Look and feel - You get positive vibes right from the entrance
3. Decent amenities
4. Cross-ventilation & basic structural plan.
5. The concept of giving a terrace garden for a few flats is very good.
Cons:
1. Not all the flats are 100% vasthu compliant.
2. Maintenance could have been better.
3. Have seen small cracks in the exterior building (opposite to the Buddha statue). When asked, the salesperson started to give illogical reasoning.
A few flats are left over both in landlord & builder share. For those of you who are looking for ready to move-in in this area and are not particular about vasthu, it's not a bad choice.
Hoping the builder to announce more residential projects in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhuvi by Amsha is a great project with lot of amenities. Location of the property is excellent for schools and offices. It is well planned for all age group activities. Flats are spacious and have good ventilation and lighting. Mr.Vinod sir, the developer, is very good person. In one word Bhuvi by Amsha is a resort style living everyday!
