★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus is very bad A/C is compleatly off while comming from bihar / staff bihavior is not good just like a gundagardi/ so many people was seek due to suffocation no any facility avilable in this bus/ very dirty i don't prefare to any one for travelling in this bus .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service they provide. The bus whose timing is 2pm to depart they depart it at 1am mid night. I tried them thrice but all the 3 times they delayed it like hell. Worst service they provide. The owner just sits and relax and all the passengers just suffers. Don't go with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baba Khattu shyam is a fraud travel agency .Staff is very bad talk like non sense .i book ticket via Paytm and when I reached the boarding point and ask the operator that I book ticket online ,so which bus will I get to go ,all the operator suggest different issue.Agency take more money than online fees and send them to thier location.In last I will suggest to all don't travel by this agency in any way.They realy do Fraud with all people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baba Khattu shyam is a fraud travel agency .Staff is very bad talk like non sense .i book ticket via Paytm and when I reached the boarding point and ask the operator that I book ticket online ,so which bus will I get to go ,all the operator suggest different issue.Agency take more money than online fees and send them to thier location.when I cancel ticket on Paytm there were no refund I get . Finally I you real want to go in hell then go with this agency.In last I will suggest to all don't travel by this agency in any way.They realy do Fraud with all people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, buses are good for nothing, and the staff behavior was very bizarre. And the electricity switches are not working and not the wifi and buses gone out of order in my both time and my journey delay with 3 hours and they put passenger like laggege 4 passengers in one sleeper, that's was rediculus thing i ever seen in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travells 400kms in 14 hours, poor seating arrangements, brakes down in between, no response from driver or conductor, passengers asked to be shifted in the other bus coming behind but actually it is all planned to shift passengers to the last bus and fill their vacant seats. DO NOT opt for this at all...
