★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with Bajaj Allianze staff Ms Shivani sharma and Mr Sunil apart from it their reporting manager Mr Abhishek who all commited some teems against policy and now they are not sticking to it and when i requested them to cancel the policy nd refund my amount they are not picking up my calls and when they answer they talk so rudely, it's been more then 4 months this same thing is going on. Shame on you guyz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share screenshots here but I'm not able to. . Very unprofessional behaviour and very slow process . .
For 2 months I have been waiting for my policy to be approved . they asked for my IT returns, 4 times. And now keep asking for additional documents. Tired of this 2 months long process, I Finally asked to refund my premium.
Now I get 2 emails on different days. In one, they mention that from the amount of 23,654 premium paid, they will be refunding 20,000 rs and guess what today I got an email where they mention that they will be refunding 15,550 rs
As a customer I didn't argue when they said 20k premium as I understand they had to bear the cost of medical examination, but now this is getting really frustrating where almost 8,000 of your hard money is getting deducted for what? . . I had to wait for 2 long months, this was total wastage of my time and money.
Total wastage of time ,energy and money. . I would never recommend bajaj allianz to anyone and try to save as many as I can from their unprofessional and long process
