Due to no good leadership the service to customers is suffering. Their behavior is also bad. I think the owner should take the matter to his own hand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. We have to pay extra money to the labour for chain cleaning, top upping coolant. There is no specific tariff for that. Labourers also providing secondhand spare parts. Finally i am going to show their paid washing efficiency, they r charging ₹100 for this wash?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharat Bajaj is sales as well as service. Bought my RS200 from their 8 months back. Went their for servicing and got the fuel pump changed under warranty as there was some fuel indication issues with my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a darling place for me, though its a bit for from my place, and for the very same reason i don't go there for servicing, but when it cones to spares, its just a love. It has never disheartened me in terms of providing spares, be it the crash guards, handle bar, brake lever, or may be the petrol key knob.
