I told them multiple times that I am NOT interested and DELETE me from your list.
But you are so adamant that you still bother me by calling multiple times at odd times.
You do not believe in servicing customers and that why you trouble us.

I hv visited the centre 2 times but no help

But they also have 1 good employee Revathi here who is atleast trying to help

I want my refund back soon. I purchased the product from bajaj itself...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer services in the branch. Customer reps attend one client and goes on break. This is not limited to only one rep all the reps does that.
When asked why do we need to wait so long just to get 2 mins clarification? I was told they are human beings and need break every time they attend any client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajaj finance is making fake proofs and giving loans to others. There is a loan on my name , which i never tooked. When I went to enquire about this to bajaj finance head office which is this branch in prestige towers , the so called branch manager PURUSHOTHAM is behaving very rudely, he is not at all ready to co-operate or even to talk nicely. He is blindly saying that i only took the loan , the way he saying is like he saw that i took loan. Which the loan is approved from some branch in mumbai. This manager Purushothaman kind of people are spoiling the name of Bajaj. Check your ratings , it's 2.4. iam 100% sure it's just because of this rude manager. Bajaj have to give some training to these kind of people,about how to behave to a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Friends, Bajaj Finserv will attract you while onboarding you as a customer talking about their services and attractive rates of interests and charges. But once you onboard you will end up paying beyond what is offered by the competitors. One of the example is their annual maintenance charges which cost approx 5k per year and if you prefer to close ur loan before the tenure you will end up paying some good 10percent of your loan amount for nothing. And irritating is once u r the customer here their marketing people will keep on troubling u calling 1000 times to move to their other services. I would request not to prefer loan frm this Institute rather go with banks for any loan requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont have zero star option to give to this fraud agency.. not at all professional or trained or dono how to respond to the clients. i dint use the stupid bajaj RBL card for 6 months and they are charging annual redemption fee of 4k and when i went to bank to deactivate my credit card they are not letting me to do it and not responding aswell, and telling to contact customercare and when called customer care after waiting ages they will pick the call and tell they cant deactivate the card, what nonsense is this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for more than 25 days for my home loan foreclosure letter but no response from them. They tried to force me to stay with them. Kindly avoid the home loan or any loan from Bajaj finance. Moreover, the Bangalore department staff is very very rude even though they don't know how to discuss with the customer. Please avoid the Bangalore branch.
