★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't keep a bike with a full tank in the center. My bike has stolen petrol.
Not only petrol was stolen but also the petrol lock was broken and leakage was taking place. I had to get a new lock. Get your people into better habits than taking my contact number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parts are expensive as bikes nowadays are digitalized, workmanship is good, since the place is small only 2-3 bikes can be serviced at a time hence waiting time for bike to get serviced or repair may be more. Better to leave the vehicle early to get back on same day. Service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have owned a Pulsar 160 NS for 3 years now and I have gotten it serviced only in Bajaj Authorised showrooms since the purchase. I treat my bike like my baby.
I got my bike serviced from here on Sunday. Monday morning, as I am driving to office the bike stops after 5 minutes and doesn't start. I called their landline number for support but nobody picked up. I called the number that they had given on the invoice but that's switched off. Helpless, I take my bike to a local repair shop where he starts my bike and points out that there is a wrench left hanging on my rear wheel screw which the service center had not taken out after servicing. After reaching office, I call the service center and they instead tell me that I should not have taken my bike to a local repair shop. Finally they come to my office and take my bike with them again to the service center to "check". Monday night, they bring my bike back. Now suddenly, the battery is down, the self start is not working, the battery needs to be changed according to them as it has gotten very old (although it was working perfectly till the morning of the same day), no explanation on why tools were left installed on the bike, the handle is bent towards left.
Terrible service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge 100bucks minimum just to open & tight 2 bolts.
My Avenger 220 street troubled with Rectifier (charger) issue. They insisted me to get it from their another branch which is 4kms far. They have given spare and my bike stopped inbetween.
These people charged 150/- to push my bike while I sat on it.
Rectifier fitting 250/-.
Both headlight and tail lamp bulbs failed due to short in charger. Just to fit bulbs again they charged 150/- ??.
I wanted to replace Shock absorber boot rubbers and speedo meter cable. They explained it as they need to spend 4-5 hrs and it may charge higher. With theses fellas tremondous charges, I have skipped it and done my work with 150/- at road side shop.
Suraj motors and The owner of it, look into issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. Not recommended. Problem was in cone set and this guy changed wheel bearing so obviously issue is not solved and when I complained about it, these guys won't give the money back! why should I pay for that new bearing which they replaced with my already good bearing
