Bad behaviour Not to give perfect service Worst servicing center

Wonderful show room, all staffs are good behaviour and very polite.

Now it's good for all over service and i appreciate with its costomer service

Very good service provider. Office staffs are cooperative. One can visit this place with full confidence for all kinds of vehicles problem

Average showroom. Staff are not competent. Product range is also not upto the mark

Pathatic service, waste of money and time. After ~200 KM run post service, the bike condition and is same old state. Parts are never available, which is available in local market but not in service center, that's the irony.

When I visited for the first time, there is no response at all from any of the salespeople. There is no Ac. The sitting lounge is filled with cartons. The behaviour of the senior sales guy is worst. There are 2 employees from Bajaj finserves, they are misguided me to opt for EMI where I was paying the complete amount. The paint of the new bike was removed slightly from the tank. They approached me multiple times insisting me to opt for the loan. When I asked for stock mirrors of Dominar 250, they said you have to buy the mirrors and leg guards from the service outlet. Coming to my 1st service, the guy who is handling the front office of the service area was not aware of the terms and policy of services. When I called the showroom to ask about the engine oil, that person told me you can use Motul brand oil of the 10w50 grade. When I reached with the Motul oil that front office guy also accepted the oil to change it while servicing. Later, they denied me to use the oil stating that the warranty will be void. They also misbehaved with me. When I spoke to the owner of the showroom. He also misbehaved and argued with me like an illiterate fellow. They took too long to complete the servicing. The servicing didn't happen as per the manual booklet. They charged me extra GST for oil and other things where it is mentioned as the "inclusive of all taxes". They don't have coolant for my bike. They asked me to purchase it from the nearest Yamaha showroom. I instructed them not to touch my bike without my permission but they completed all the servicing except the oil change when I was not present. They pretended like they have done the best service a Dominar owner can expect. But when I noticed a few of the sounds I decided to check the bike in the local garage, they told me that the Bajaj people have only changed the engine oil and they didn't even bother to check the chain and crankshaft although I had provided the motel chain clean and lube. They didn't even use the product. Female staff were only sounding courteous. The owner of the showroom is the most arrogant person. I must say this is the highly unrecommended place for your Bajaj bike to get the service done.
