★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balaji Generosia is well designed society with total 88 flats. There are total two towers in Building. Building was constructed in 2012. It has a swimming pool. A children's play area and a community hall with small gym. It is some open space for cultural program. Every unit has its owned designated parking area for a car. Building design is very nice. It provides all day natural light. Building complex is very well maintained by society staff for a month nominal fee of 2000+ INR. A solar water supply is available for a bathroom in each unit.
Construction quality is poor for outer walls most of the units have water leakage issue during rain season.

The construction quality isn't that good, buy the overall ambience makes it worth living here peacefully ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic society. If you have kids and want to live in this society, you might as well turn back. The people here don't allow the kids to play anywhere. They will realize their mistake when their kids will grow up. As such, the garden is just for show where you can't even run on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. You aren't allowed to play in this society. If you have kids and want to live here, you might as well turn back. The people are very partial. I myself am living here for the past 8 years and have no good things to share. Please do not be blinded by the greenery of the garden. You aren't allowed to play on it and all ball games are as good as banned in this society. Please reconsider if you want to buy a house. The kids are forced to play on a mud ground next to the society which has glass pieces around it. If you fall once, you'll be badly injured. If i could, i wouldn't give it a single star.
