★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in kolkata, do visit here for mouth watering sweets. Most importantly the people at the store are helpful in explaining you the sweets and their shelf life in case you wanna send the sweets for someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of sweets remains good as always with snacks like singhara and paneer roll. But limited no of sweets and absence of curd is what takes this sweet outlet a step back. Apart from that Bancharam ticks the usual boxes pretty well and fine .From clean interiors and food serving and packaging. You might even find snacks running out early because of the demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's specially a sweet shop. And those are tasty sweets what you want from one such shop. More over their salty preparations like radhaballabhi and singara are also good enough. This is one of the traditional Bengali sweet shops dating back to early days of modern Kolkata. What I can simply say that the experience with these sweet and salty delicacies you will want to enjoy every next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the many outlets of the famous brand 'Bancharam'. The sweets available here are high quality product. Some salty snacks are also available like samosa, kachuri etc. Varieties of sweets are quite big and each one is having unique test. But the sweets here is little costlier than other sweet shops. The shop is air conditioned and the staffs are well behaved. Each one is dressed with head cap and disposable gloves to maintain hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some baked rosogolla and found the worst ever baked rosogolla I have had with bancharam. So much disappointed with size and test. It's not ? even 10%of my expectation but last week I bought it from balaram Mullick and it was just mouthwatering .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad sweets. Bought Baked Rasgulla from here for 200 rs but it came out sour.
It is really bad quality control on this sweet chain's part. Also, no phone number is available for complaint.
Please be warned that the expensive sweets you bought from here may turn out to be bad.
Edit: Adding 1 more star since the refund process was hassle free and no questions were asked.
