Somehow no interest they have if any feedback given...1) they use the same gloves for accepting money and using it to pick sweets from tray and packing2) sandesh priced so high still a mosquito embedded 3) now recently insect found inside komolabhog

I really appreciate the owner's behavior However there was a lady this evening who works there as in attends the customers, she had a problem with my hair open and She really needs to improve her attitude big time. I never came across any rude behavior at any Kamdhenu store. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is greatly fancied and proper protocols are maintained. All kinds of sweets are available and in stock. Amazing behaviour of the stuff . A perfect place. Must try Gulab Jamun cheese cake, veg chop and the baked mihidana tart. All are budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of sweets very bad. I have bought Nolengur's sandesh and other type of sandesh, but all are sour and distasteful. During buying, I asked them about the freshness of sweets, they promptly said that all are fresh and good but it was not. I have bought sweets of Rs. 175/- but calculated 195/-, I asked for bill, but they do not provide any bill. Totally a bad experience and waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet of kamdhenu serves awesome rasgullaas but i have been given rotten food once so I don't really trust the sweet unless I taste it. The owner, when i shared the information of rotten food, did not even bothered to offer me any compensation. Money is not that big of an issue but still when you are paying 15 bucks for one rasgullaa, you have rights to expect better.
