★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered from bancharam for the reputation and quality they promise. I had ordered for 70 packets ( each containing 4 radhaballavi, 2 sweets, aloo dum). There was a verbal commitment stating food will be edible for 24 hours. We had taken the delivery at 2:17PM and the aloo dum had gone stale by evening. I have tried reaching out to the management but with no resolution. The only thing that they said was " we cannot do anything". Now I had to face such humiliation as I had given away these packets to the guests. And when I posted in facebook I find out that Bancharam has been doing this. There was no apology and no proper addressal from Bancharam.
The total order amount was Rs.8540, which is quite an amount for a middle class person who comes to the place in good faith, and gets cheated and harrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reputed sweet maker and seller in the region. Quality sweets of various sizes, tastes and types are available here. All the items are fresh and reasonably priced. Very good demand for the taste and quality of the same is notable. The service from all the staffs and shopkeeper is very good and cordial. People will like to revisit the shop time and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Which sweet shop packages Singara ,chop,Sandesh,cake and laddu into one box in India ? The answer is Banchharam's. They are so poor that they don't even have boxes to send you sweets and snacks separately.
They will even send you Rosogolla and Pantua in one container...pathetic staff at Garia store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bancharam's sweets are now at Garia . Its really great to have them near our place. During covid situations were different but now it's all ok .It was a month ago we went there. They are taking proper precautions, staffs wearing masks etc. This winter being a bengali we can't avoid eating Nolen gurer Rosogolla and it was from Bancharam .They were so soft and the flavour of nolengur its ,amazing. There other sweets and snacks are equally tasty but we bought those speciality during that season. We brought those home. They were well packaged and so tasty. Go and enjoy their sweets.
