★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an historical place where you can witness the lives of kings and queens from centuries. It has beautiful architectural details and interiors. Vertical gardening on the exterior walls add to the beauty of the palace. You can opt for voice guide to have detailed information. The entry fee is about 250/- per person and additional charges for photography and guide. Large space for car and bike free parking is available.
It's one of the tourism places of Bangalore. It has an open spaces with garden on the front. Many movie shoots and marriages take place here. Do watch "aaptamitra" movie to get some horror illusions when you visit inside :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful Palace and it is not made in the style of Indian Palaces are made, it is made in a design of British Palace. But the entry tickets and camera tickets are bit expensive comparing with the place. Entry for Indian National is ₹240 per head and foreign national is ₹400-₹500 (I forgot the exact cost of the ticket). And now for the cameras; Mobile camera is ₹300, DSLR or similar is ₹750 and Video Camera is ₹1080.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The palace is open everyday. It had been designed and built with fortified towers, battlements and turrets and the interiors are decorated with elegant wood carvings, floral motifs and relief paintings on the ceiling.
A audio player guide can be hired free of cost and is very informative. The palace has beautifully designed and landscaped gardens.
It's located at a very short distance from the railway station and nice for a short visit of couple of hours.Nice place to visit. Felt the entry fare is on higher side. OK inside the palace. Nothing extraordinary though. The usual artifacts and household stuffs and some decorative items for display.
You could still walk around outside looking at exterior which is good and the small garden area. You get some good shots from the external view. The building is well decorated and looks beautiful in green. The garden is also OK and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized system. Free audio guide if we give id proof. DSLR need to have separate payment. Full palace can be covered within 2 hrs if audio guide is also there. Should have organized parking which is not there currently. Social distancing maintained throughout. Staffs are wearing masks & instructed the tourists to have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful! Worth a watch.
Open in covid time, entry is allowed inside the palace, closing time is 5:30pm, Sunday also open.
Tickets are expensive, they charge ₹270/adult, entry for kids upto age 12 is free.
Best is to not pay for the camera ₹300, they give a green band if you pay for camera and a pink if you don’t pay. Ironically, you will see everyone using the phone camera, irrespective of entry band Colour.
The garden is beautiful and floral.
The palace interiors are not as rich as Mysore palace but yes the architecture is European and looks like a Nordics city castle ?.
European architecture at best.
