Had taken epass through seva sindhu app. My friend had suggested me to take ojo taxi.The cab was fully sanitized & well maintained was really surprised to see a small company adhering to the strict norms in this kind of situation. Taxi was well before the mentioned time in my pick location, didn't face any issues and reached my hometown safely. The price was reasonable too. Will definitely recommend others to use ojo cab services. Thanks ojo team as well for the support and guidance on the epass procedures...

There has been not even an instance till date where the cab had arrived late, not sure how they have managing their trips so accurately..All the best team...Highly Appreciated...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ethical people. Hard to find such people in these times. Had taken my taxi service order in these tough times, as I had to take a patient to Hospital. However, I had to cancel the order, as the patient was unable to gather the courage to go downstairs and board the Taxi. Even with the driver on the way for pick up, OJO cancelled the booking, understood the issue very patiently and immediately, and did not ask for any payment. really appreciable! Thank you Sir

If we not satisfied with the vehicle they will arrange another vehicle with in time and fares will be reduced as well. I always travel through OJO Taxi. Thanks for value for money.

The car arrived in time, on both the days. I asked for Hindi speaking drivers and they assured that I got them for both the days. It became easier to interact with locals whenever I needed to ask them something. The car was in good shape. Overall, I faced no issues at all and covered my itinerary as planned
