Especially for Aadhar Card, passport and birth certificate is apparently not enough! For OCI/PIO and Foreigners, they ask why they don't have voter ID and an Indian Passport. Really?! I have wasted 3 hours of my time for Aadhar Card in this bank. To get things done, employees are very slow and purposefully take longer. They do not know the laws of the government and are extremely rude. Staff is uncooperative. I recommend not coming here for any work at all! If you want something done that's government related, such as Aadhar or PAN, avoid this bank, because they cannot do anything right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The bank is even slower than a snail. They took more than 2 weeks to start open an account. And it's been 2 weeks and yet my internet banking facility hasn't been started. 1 month to start a bank account??? Are you kidding me? A huge mistake by me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reachd out Bank of Baroda, Bhandarkar Road branch for my Educational loan process. As we know this process is quite critical and takes lot of time but due to the consistent support provided the Branch manager and the staff, my loan was sanctioned in less processing time. I would really like to appreciate Anup Sir and his cooperative staff to make this happen at the earliest convenience. The procedure was made so clear with detailed stepwise explanation which ultimately help me to implement the required tasks smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my account with this bank..wanted to open sukanya samruddhi account...they themselves don't know the rules required which are clearly written on website....asking me to get aadhar card and photo of my child which is not at all required to open the account ...when I told that they are not required as per the website and information I collected they say that its a government scheme so all this is required ...pathetic service .....went to HDFC bank and could open the same account in max 5 min ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank ever , the employee names praful is not ready to pick up call , when I was trying to reach to clear my loan amount. Once your loan is approved they will not entertain youas before. Beware of such banks , they will never entertainment u if u are applying for loan change as other banks are giving lower interest rates.
