★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience ever. The manager of this branch is very partial, non cooperative and rude. Could not even solve a very basic query. His behaviour is very unacceptable. Not worth to put your hard earned money in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother has a pension account with Dena bank which is now merged with Bank fi Baroda. Earlier we used to withdraw the pension every two to three months without any hassle. However after it merged with Bank of Baroda we are visiting the bank every month just for getting the Atm card. After the merger the bank asked to fill the forms for Atm card which we did and submitted.later we checked with the bank as we the card was not issued but the bank says that we didn’t submit the card. They gave us the new form to fill. We filled the form and went to bank to submit the next and now they say we need to fill other forms including kyc etc. they could have said this in the very first place. Good we have account with good privileged banks like hdfc and kotak where are concerns are addressed immediately. Unfortunately this is the pension account and we have to deal with such cheap bank like bank of baroda.
